We are looking for people to help out at the Relief Sale ensuring proper disposal of waste, recycling and compost. Volunteers will either act as attendants at waste stations helping people sort their waste into compostable, recyclable and garbage receptacles. The other possibility is volunteers will move between stations picking trash off the top of the compost (gloves will be provided) if people are careless and don't use the signs to guide where they put their waste items. We have been working at eliminating our garbage production and divert it increasingly into compost or recycling and every year it gets better.
