Mystery Fan Quilt: This quilt is donated to the New Hamburg 2014 Mennonite Relief Sale by the Hillcrest Mennonite Church Women. It was designed and pieced by Carol Brownridge and Dianne Hahn and hand quilted by the HMC women. It is called "Mystery Fan Quilt" because the 12 1/2 inch pieced fan blocks, which were pieced by an anonymous person, were purchased from the New Hamburg Thrift Store. The blocks were bordered and pieced on point to make this king size quilt.
