Donate a Quilt

quilt formAre you interested in donating a quilt to the Relief Sale? The NHMRS is now accepting quilts for the 2017 relief sale. Quilts can be dropped off after March 1, 2017 at the MCC Ontario office at 50 Kent Ave, Kitchener. Please take your quilt upstairs to the MCC offices.

Online submission for quilts can be filled out below. If you fill out the form below please print out the e-mail you receive and attach it to your quilt when you drop it off at the MCC offices upstairs. For a paper form, download the form linked from the button to the right.
