The quilt top was made by Doreen Davison. A few years ago, the Church of the Good Shepherd (Anglican) had to vacate their premises while, at the same time, Grace Mennonite Church was looking for someone to share their facilities with. We made contact and it has been a very happy partnership since then. They also had a quilting group and the "Windows" quilt was in progress when they came. When they learned about the New Hamburg auction, they decided to give it to the auction.
