After my brother Wayne Bauman died in January 2018 I knew I wanted to honour his life with a quilt donation to the MCC Relief Sale Quilt Auction. I like to design my quilts and for this one I wanted the design and fabrics to be representative of the man I knew and loved. My label for this quilt is done as a letter to my much loved brother. I named my quilt "A Positive Dash", inspired by the poem "The Dash" by Linda Ellis.
