The creators of this quilt were Margaret Shilton and Eva Diller. Margaret had been given a piece of batik from her sister-in-law. It had Inuit figures which inspired the two to think of an inuksuk. Margaret designed the quilt and Eva contributed to that design with the snow and border material. Quilted by Wideman Mennonite Sewing Circle, Markham, ON. I purchased it at the Black Creek Pioneer Village Relief Sale in September 2014, not intentionally. It has never been used!! I would like to donate to benefit the good work MCC does.
