Loretta Martin had some plain fabrics in her stash and a dream to donate an "Ocean Waves" quilt to the Relief Sale. She asked her friend and neighbor, Arlene Martin, to piece the quilt for her. Loretta and Arlene spent many pleasurable hours quilting together this past winter.
