I had purchased the hand pieced "plates" at the Home Decor and More Tend at the Relief Sale two years ago. I appliqued them to the blocks and machine pieced the blocks together. I purchased the fabric for the back on one of my trips to the USA. It was quilted by the ladies of PWIM.
