I've always wanted to donate a quilt to the auction and finally did! Used these peace crane blocks in other projects and thought it would be fun to use batiks here. Love the story of the peace crane origami and dream of a world where war has ceased and all live in peace. Quilting is my spiritual meditation and prayer for our world.
